Can you move our links from Bitly or Rebrandly?
Yes. Import your export with bulk import or the API, or send it to our support team and we help you through it. Every link keeps its short path and destination, QR codes included. You review the import, then point your domain’s DNS to RedirHub and the links you already shared keep working.
Do I need to own a domain to use branded links?
Yes, you'll need a domain or subdomain you control. If you don't have one yet, you can register a new domain and connect it in a few minutes.
Can I use a subdomain of my existing website?
Absolutely. Most teams point a subdomain like link.yourbrand.com at their branded links instead of using their root domain.
What happens if my branded domain expires?
We'll send renewal reminders well before expiration. If a domain does lapse, existing links stop resolving until the domain is renewed or repointed.
Can I change the destination URL after publishing?
Yes. The public branded link stays the same while you update where it points, so you never have to reprint or reshare a link.
Do branded links support click tracking and analytics?
Every branded link includes click counts, referrer sources, device breakdowns, and geographic data out of the box.
How is this different from a generic short link service?
Generic shorteners use a shared domain that anyone can spot as third-party. Branded links use your own domain, so every click reinforces trust in your brand.
