These terms of service (“Terms”), together with the Order Form (as defined below, and together with these terms the “Agreement”) form a contract on the terms set out below by and between RedirHub LLC (“RedirHub”), a New Mexico limited liability company, and Subscriber (as defined below) regarding the use of RedirHub’s software platform, either directly or through any third party partner.
Individuals who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction or are under 18 years old, whichever is higher, are not permitted to subscribe for the Services. If RedirHub becomes aware that any Subscriber is underage it reserves the right to immediately cancel such subscription.
1. Definitions
- “Subscriber” means the entity or individual that enters into this Agreement with RedirHub.
- “Order Form” means an ordering document executed by Subscriber and accepted by RedirHub, referencing these Terms.
- “Services” means the hosted software services provided by RedirHub, including access to its URL redirection platform.
2. Services
RedirHub will provide Subscriber with access to the Services in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Order Form. RedirHub may modify the Services from time to time provided that such modifications do not materially reduce the functionality of the Services.
3. Subscriber Obligations
Subscriber shall:
- Use the Services only in accordance with this Agreement, applicable law, and RedirHub’s acceptable use policies.
- Not use the Services to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- Be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of any content or data provided to the Services.
4. Fees and Payment
Subscriber shall pay the fees set out in the applicable Order Form. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. RedirHub may suspend Services if payment is overdue.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect for the term specified in the Order Form, unless terminated earlier:
- By either party for material breach not cured within 30 days after written notice.
- By RedirHub, immediately, if Subscriber engages in illegal use of the Services.
Upon termination, Subscriber’s access to the Services will be disabled.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and underlying technology are owned by RedirHub. This Agreement does not grant Subscriber any rights to the RedirHub trademarks or other intellectual property.
7. Data Protection
RedirHub will maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of Subscriber data. Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that its use of the Services complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RedirHub disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- RedirHub’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by Subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- RedirHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
The courts located in New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

All legal notices under this Agreement shall be delivered by email to:

Notices will be deemed delivered upon receipt.
11. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements relating to its subject matter.
- No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the waiving party.
- Subscriber may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent of RedirHub.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
