Questions, answered

When do I get my $25?
As soon as your friend's first real payment for Core or Pro succeeds. Signing up or starting a trial doesn't earn credit until they pay.
I'm on the Free plan. Can I still earn?
Yes. Your credit waits on your account and comes off your first invoice when you upgrade. It never expires.
Where does the credit go?
To the workspace you own with the highest paid plan, so it comes off a real invoice soonest. Without a paid plan, it goes to your personal workspace.
Can my link open a different page?
Yes. Pick a page when you copy your link, or add ?via= and your code to any address on our site, such as a blog post or a comparison.
What if my friend visited before I sent the link?
It still counts, as long as they open your link before they sign up.
Does the 20% work on annual plans?
Yes. The 20% comes off the first payment of Core or Pro, monthly or annual. Add-ons, tax and Enterprise contracts aren't discounted, and it doesn't combine with another promotion.
Can I take the credit out as cash?
No. Credit pays RedirHub subscription invoices, and whatever is left carries over to the next one.
Is there a limit?
No cap. You get one reward per new paying customer. Referring yourself or a workspace you own doesn't count.
What if my friend gets a refund?
The $25 for that payment is removed and the referral shows as Reversed. Credit you already used is never charged to you; it is settled out of the next credit you earn.
