Linkly vs RedirHub (2026): Pricing, Tracking Links & Best Fit
Linkly suits trackable campaign links, while RedirHub suits redirect infrastructure: domain portfolios, website migrations and branded links managed in one workspace.
We build RedirHub. We point out where Linkly is the better buy, and how to check against your own setup.
The short answer
Choose RedirHub if
- You are managing retired or redirected domains
- You have a website migration with many source-to-destination mappings
- You run a long-lived redirect estate where domain capacity, automatic HTTPS, bulk management and managed links need to be explicit operating units
Choose Linkly if
- Your primary job is campaign link tracking, retargeting, geo/device routing, link rotation or low-cost branded-link experimentation
- Click analytics and marketing controls matter more than migration-specific workflows
At a glance#
Track campaign links and route visitors by geo or device
Pro packages geo/device redirect rules, link rotators and tracking pixels around campaign links.
Test branded links at very low volume
The Free plan includes 100 links/month, 500 tracked clicks/month and one custom domain.
Move a site where hundreds or thousands of old URLs need individual destinations
Website-migration mappings are a first-class managed-link type, with 2,500 managed links in Core.
Forward a portfolio of retired domains over HTTPS
Core includes 25 domains with automatic HTTPS, and root + automatic www coverage can share one domain slot when they use the same destination.
Use one custom domain as a simple catch-all redirect
Linkly documents a catch-all/default redirect on an attached domain; RedirHub also handles whole-domain forwarding and is stronger when that grows into a larger redirect estate.
Programmatically create and manage links
Both have APIs. Linkly emphasizes link creation, analytics, QR and webhooks; RedirHub combines REST API, MCP and bulk redirect workflows.
The products start from different buyer jobs#
Linkly's current product surface describes a URL shortener, tracking-link platform and QR-code generator built for marketing teams, agencies, e-commerce, influencers and developers. Its core workflow is create a branded link, distribute it and measure what happened after the click. That is the natural model for paid campaigns, affiliate links, email, SMS and social distribution.[1]
RedirHub's current pricing and product model[2] starts from infrastructure capacity instead: connected domains and managed links. A managed link is an active branded link, dynamic QR destination or website-migration source-to-destination mapping. Core is $49/month with 25 domains and 2,500 managed links; Pro is $119/month with 250 domains and 10,000 managed links.
Our call
If the thing you are optimizing is a campaign link, begin with Linkly.
If the thing you are operating is a redirect estate, begin with RedirHub.
Pricing: compare the units before the sticker price#
Linkly's current pricing page[3] meters three things that matter most to a marketing-link program: new links, tracked clicks and custom domains. It currently shows:
- Free $0, with 100 links/month, 500 tracked clicks/month and one custom domain.
- Starter $15/month billed annually, with 250 links/month and 2,000 clicks/month. The pricing page labels Starter annual-only.
- Pro $32/month billed annually, with 1,000 links/month, 10,000 clicks/month and three custom domains.
- Business $107/month billed annually, with 5,000 links/month, 50,000 clicks/month and 10 custom domains.
- Unlimited $833/month billed annually, with unlimited links and clicks plus 100 custom domains.
For a month-to-month comparison, Linkly's own current 2026 first-party comparison[4] lists Pro at $39/month and Business at $129/month. That means a monthly-to-monthly headline of Linkly Pro at $39 versus RedirHub Core at $49 is real, but it is not an apples-to-apples capacity comparison.
RedirHub Core's $49/month is based on active infrastructure capacity: 25 connected domains and 2,500 managed links, with unlimited requests. Linkly Pro's $39/month is built around campaign throughput: 1,000 new links/month, 10,000 tracked clicks/month and three custom domains.
| Monthly buying unit | Linkly Pro | RedirHub Core |
|---|---|---|
| Month-to-month price | $39/month | $49/month |
| Links | 1,000 new links/month | 2,500 active managed links |
| Domains | 3 custom domains | 25 connected domains |
| Traffic model | 10,000 tracked clicks/month | Unlimited requests |
Need 25 domains and 2,500 managed links? See what your current setup would cost on RedirHub.
Calculate your setupThe $10/month price difference is not the decision by itself. A campaign team may prefer Linkly because the lower plan already contains the routing and pixel features it wants. A migration or domain-operations team may prefer RedirHub because the higher base price buys much more domain capacity and a mapping model designed around active redirects rather than monthly link creation.
Our call
Compare monthly price to the unit you actually consume.
Do not choose Linkly because $39 is lower than $49 if you really need dozens of domains and migration mappings; do not choose RedirHub just for extra domain capacity if your real job is marketing attribution and smart-link routing.
Smart links, retargeting and campaign routing#
Linkly becomes more differentiated when a link needs to behave like a marketing control point. Its Pro plan lists geo and device redirect rules, link rotators, click-limited and time-limited links, password protection and tracking pixels. Those are useful when one campaign URL needs to send different visitors to different destinations or fire retargeting pixels as traffic passes through the link.
That aligns with Linkly's ICP: campaign managers, affiliates, agencies and marketers who want a trackable link to do more than simply point somewhere else.
RedirHub Pro also supports multi-target routing. Random routing distributes traffic evenly across configured destinations, and Sequential routing cycles through destinations in sequence. RedirHub's strength is that those controls live alongside domain redirects, migration mappings, monitoring and the rest of the redirect estate. RedirHub does not claim custom per-destination weighting.
Our call
Choose Linkly when audience-aware campaign routing and retargeting are central to the job.
Choose RedirHub when routing is one control inside a broader redirect-infrastructure workflow.
Custom domains and whole-domain forwarding#
It would be misleading to describe Linkly as short-link-only. Linkly's official domain redirect documentation[5] lets an attached custom domain use a catch-all/default destination. The domain root and any URL that does not match another Linkly link can redirect to that default destination, and the catch-all has its own traffic view.
That is enough for a straightforward branded domain or default-forwarding job.
RedirHub goes further when the domain itself is the main operating object. A root domain can automatically cover its www variant when both use the same destination, whole-domain redirects can preserve paths and query parameters, and separately managed migration mappings sit alongside those domain rules. Core includes 25 domains, while Pro includes 250.
For example, if you are retiring 20 domains after an acquisition and each one needs HTTPS forwarding plus a handful of old paths remapped to new destinations, RedirHub's domain + managed-link model describes that workload directly. Linkly can host custom domains and catch-all redirects, but its public packaging is oriented around links, tracked clicks and campaign domains rather than a migration inventory.
Website migrations are the clearest RedirHub boundary#
A website migration is rarely just one short URL. You may have thousands of old URLs, some preserving the same path and others moving to completely different destinations. The operational requirement is to keep those mappings explicit, importable and editable long after launch.
RedirHub treats each separately configured old-to-new mapping as a managed link. Core includes 2,500 managed links, while whole-domain forwarding uses domain capacity instead. CSV import/export is available, and the redirect workspace can manage the old domains and the mapping set together.
Linkly does have meaningful automation. Its official API documentation[6] supports creating or updating links programmatically, bulk creation of up to 1,000 links per request, analytics export, QR generation and webhooks. So the fair claim is not that Linkly cannot operate at volume. The distinction is product model: Linkly's API is built around link creation and campaign behavior, while RedirHub explicitly packages website-migration mappings as a core redirect job.
Our call
For a structured SEO migration, RedirHub is the clearer fit.
For high-volume programmatic campaign links, Linkly deserves serious consideration.
API, automation and team collaboration#
Both products support developers, but in different ways.
Linkly's API surface covers link shortening, analytics, QR codes and webhooks. It also advertises Zapier, Make and n8n integrations. That is useful when links are generated inside campaign, messaging or application workflows.
RedirHub includes a management REST API and MCP access across its paid comparison plans, plus CSV import/export and bulk management. This is useful when redirects themselves are being managed as infrastructure.
Team packaging also differs. Linkly's current team collaboration documentation[7] says unlimited team members are included on every plan at no additional cost. It also states that all members currently have the same full workspace access: they can create and delete links, see analytics, manage domains, invite users and manage billing.
RedirHub Core includes three team members; Pro includes unlimited members. RedirHub's paid operating model also extends into controls such as SSO as a Pro add-on and audit history on Pro.
Our call
Linkly's unlimited-seat model is attractive for collaborative campaign teams that are comfortable with equal access.
RedirHub becomes more relevant when the redirect workspace needs deeper operational controls around infrastructure.
Which product is better for branded links and QR codes?#
Both can handle the basic job, so the answer depends on what happens after creation.
Choose Linkly when the branded link or QR code is mainly a distribution and measurement asset. Its plans are designed around tracked clicks, link creation, marketing rules and retargeting.
Choose RedirHub when the branded link or QR destination is one part of a larger domain and redirect program. The same workspace can contain campaign links, QR destinations, retired domains and website-migration mappings, with the capacity split between domains and managed links.
That distinction also affects budgeting. Linkly asks how many links you create, how many clicks you track and how many campaign domains you need. RedirHub asks how many domains you operate and how many active managed links or migration mappings you need.
Choose RedirHub when redirects are infrastructure
Manage retired domains, website-migration mappings, branded links and QR destinations with explicit domain and managed-link capacity.

At the comparable month-to-month entry discussed here, yes: Linkly Pro is $39/month while RedirHub Core is $49/month. But the plans meter different things. Linkly Pro includes three custom domains, 1,000 new links/month and 10,000 tracked clicks/month; RedirHub Core includes 25 domains, 2,500 active managed links and unlimited requests. Compare the capacity model, not only the headline price.
Yes. Linkly supports custom domains, and its domain documentation describes a catch-all/default redirect that sends the root and unmatched URLs on that domain to a destination. It should not be described as short-link-only.
RedirHub is the clearer fit when the migration contains many explicit old-to-new URL mappings. Migration mappings are a first-class managed-link type, while domains are counted separately. Linkly can create links in bulk through its API, but its public product and pricing model is centered on campaign links, tracked clicks and smart routing.
Linkly is the stronger default for marketing use cases because Pro packages geo/device routing, link rotators and tracking pixels together. RedirHub Pro supports Random and Sequential multi-target routing inside a broader redirect-infrastructure workflow.
Yes. Linkly documents link, analytics and QR APIs plus webhooks, including bulk link creation up to 1,000 links per request. RedirHub includes its management API and MCP tooling alongside CSV and bulk redirect operations.
Linkly's current collaboration documentation says team members are unlimited and free on every plan, but everyone in a workspace has the same full access level. RedirHub Core includes three members and Pro includes unlimited members.
